Privacy Policy

The Glow Up understands the importance of confidentiality and security. We value your information and will never use it to solicit or share with third-parties. You will not receive emails from us unless there is a specific reason for getting in touch with you.

Social Media Services

When requesting social media services, you will be asked to provide us with your social platform logins. As we are responsible for creating and updating content on these platforms, usernames and passwords, or administrative account privileges will be required. Your information is securely stored and will never be used other than for agreed purposes.

Credit Card Information

You can place your order securely and directly through our online platform or you can contact us and place your order over the phone.


We require a 50% deposit to begin a project with a 25% payment at 75% completion and a final 25% payment upon completion. Payment schedule will be determined based on an estimated time of delivery which is outlined in your individual contract. Should services pass the complimentary 3-corrections on any services or projects rendered, additional fees will be implemented accordingly. No additional fees are applicable to printed products. A 50% deposit is required to send orders to print. Remaining balance is due upon delivery. Please make sure to review your final proofs before sending approval, as we do not offer refunds on any printed products or services completed.

Website Design and Development

The process of designing a successful website takes time and effort. The Glow Up enters all projects agreed upon under the terms that the client understands that time and organization from both parties is essential in creating quality material. We expect clients to provide requested materials and content in a timely and organized fashion. File names, content and emails should be properly titled and clearly understandable. Efforts to detail specific requests or ideas is encouraged.

Gallery Images

When sending in images for a website gallery or use in a print flyer, please make sure to send in a ZIP (aka ‘compressed’) file. Images are expected to be sent in highest resolution available and should be rightfully owned by client. We do not use unlicensed imaging for any projects.
